My claim was lodged on 12 August and I have spoken to numerous call centre agents.<br> <br> I have emailed my form back to Communication.SIL and to date have not received any response to when the money will be paid to me.<br> <br> This is the most unsatisfactory service I received for a claim. Please listen to all the call recordings.<br> <br> I have logged complaints with Customer services via telephone and email and to date I have not received one RESPONSE. <br> <br> I am appauled and have no words to describe my experience with your Claims department.<br> <br> I want answers asap.....<br>
