CLAIM FOR STORM DAMAGE TO MY PROPERTY

I reported that I had some storm damaged to my property and put a claim in against my insurance.. The wind blew of some of my facia boards, which now have openings into my roof. When the wind is strong it feels like it will lift my roof. I also claimed for rain damage from the roof area in my kitchen which damaged my kitchen cupboards. The claim was rejected due to bad maintenance. How the hell can it be bad maintenance when that area was extended 4 years ago. Also the kitchen roof was fixed by them before how can they now come back and say poor maintenance. <br> I am covered for storm and rain damage, how can they reject my claim? Please help me to resolve this claim.
