Claim declined standard bank very unfair

I got ****med at the atm in carnival city 4k and R3650 the other night and I am being told that my case was declined and no reason given. I used the atm a couple of times that same night in carnival city and when I went there again to use it, things became unfavorable for me as the atm took my card but with the assistance of the cleaners that work there, we stopped my card using the same atm. I didn’t get the sms and I became aware that the money is no longer in my account the following day.
