CLAIM DECLINED AS USUAL

Due to water damage from heavy rains , my ceilings was damaged. Rhinolite on the ceilings started to fall due to the dampness and yet again my claim was rejected as invalid - this time the reason was poor workmanship.Prior to this with the roof leaking it was wear and tear. Why bother with insurance especially with Standard bank when you know what the standard response will be. Before we take out structural insurance why don't they come inspect the property for poor workmanship. It would be interesting to know how many roof claims are actually paid. When my house collapses it will also be poor workmanship or better yet wear and tear.
