Cheque cash drama

How can one stand in front of a teller for 2 and a half hours for something simple as cashing a cheque...bank managers is also walking around the bank...apparently signatories are not visible on their system...so are we forced to bank exclusively at the branch where the account was opened which just happens ro be offline today? Where is convenience? Where is good service? In a branch filled with staff, nobody can help you. So who is at fault? So if you need a bank account for your business, don't say I did not warn you that Standard Bank should not be your next no matter how many times they ask what is your next? The manager did not even apologise for the delay...they just think that it is approppriate to keep clients waiting.
