Cheque card swallowed by Autoplus again

My cheque card was swallowed by the Autoplus for the second time this year. This happened twice in 6 months and it is totally unacceptable because it is an inconvinience as i will have to wait for up to 7 days to get new card . <br> <br> The first time it was swallowed because the machine went offline while i was busy with a transactions this isn unacceptable because the same thing happened yesterday.
