Cheque card still not delivered

On the the 9th of March I had to get my card block through the standard bank ***** department, I was told my new card would be delivered to my nearest branch within 7 days, on the 16th March I got a phone call from one of the call centre agents who advised that my card was ready for collection at maponya mall, so on the 19th March I went to maponya only to b told my card had been sent to protea gardens. The guy who was assisting me by the name of Duncan advised me that coz I'm unable to collect at protea gardens they would get the card sent to Bryanston which is closer to where I work, till today I have not heard from anyone, I had to call the call centre again today and to only b advised that my card is at Maponya mall. It's been 14days n counting
