Cheque Card Order

Good Day,

I cancelled my credit and cheque card on the app only wanting a credit card delivered to the Castle Walk Branch in Pretoria however I see the cheque card was ordered and sent to Fourways. There's 2 problems with this. 1 being I didn't order another card and 2 being that it was sent to Fourways.

I don't mind paying for the card but I don't know why it was sent to Fourways and how it was ordered.

Please urgently advise if that card can be sent to Pretoria or if the fee reversed.
