Cheque card

Good day,<br> <br> I am not impressed with the level of service received at Vaal Mall. The lady was friendly assisting me on the 10th November. 2015. My issue is delivery did not take place at the agreed branch Rivonia instead the card was delivered at vaal. I can't drive that side to get the card. I work at Rivonia and stay at Soweto. I called card division gave the instructions to have my card redirected to Jabulani Mall, that was not done. I spoke to the same person via email to redirect my card last week it was not done. I called in today she's not at work and someone is sitting at her desk, the lady was a bit rude. I'm indeed of my card and I'm not impressed with this service.<br>
