Cheque account cancellation
My Name is Xoliswa,I have cheque account with this bank ,I went to nearest branch Protea Glen Mall to cancel this account due to high charges and one of the tellers said unfortunately they can't close it , instead he can down grade my account,told him I do not want to have this account anymore,he refused to assist further said these nothing he can do ,
