Check your Funeral plan

<p>About 6 years ago i took out a funeral plan at Standard bank, I took out 2 in fact. It was for R50 000 each. Every month the debit order goes of, but to this day, i have never received any documantation, not even copies of that which i signed 6 years ago. So last week i get 2 calls from their funeral plan department telling me about another "great" offer, so i took the liberty of asking the agent, on both calls to confirm the amount of the funral plan, and to my shock, it was only for R10 000!!. </p> <p>When i asked the agent about this, as i remember signing a contract 6 years ago for R50 000 each, she laughed and told me i will never be able to get that kind of cover?!!??</p> <p>So still no documantation, and im still being debited for a funreal plan that is wrong!! I have to unfortunatly cancel this plan and go elsewhere. Please make sure you get what you pay for</p>
