Chat agent Ndumiso just left chat without assisting

I was just on the chat platform with Ndumiso trying to make a payment arrangement and he just left the chat. Why does standard bank staff always treat thier customers like animals, the service is terrible and to think that I was just to get all my finances in a row and now the agent just leaves the chat, this is pathetic customer service, I have never had to deal with such laziness, my query was simple and would have not taken time but your agent Ndumiso just left. The service is really bad, I am closing my account.
