A big thank you to Charlot Nkosi for her excellent customer service skills, professionalism and ubuntu. She efficiently assisted me at a very difficult time for me and my family. She immediately came to my rescue when I was experiencing unnecessary delays with my funeral cover claim. Keep up the great work Charlot. I would hire you tomorrow with your qualities.
