Charging to cancel unauthorised debit orders

<p>I had the R99 debit order at the end of last month(July), which is a **** and all the banks know about, I was charged +-R45 to cancel the debit order , this month i have another R99 debit from provicom, whom i dont knw. Now I have to go to the bank and cancel thise debit order, and I will be charged another R45. I think std bank actually is ******** us as they are benefiting from the ******** activity of these debit order ****s. Why cant they close these accounts of ********, i am not willing to pay another R45 , else they should add a feauture in their app to enable ususers to reverse the debit orders we dont know.
