charging for one page of a bank statement

I find it absolutely ridiculous that I have been charged R31.50 for a one page statement to prove my bank account to UIF. Standard bank has chosen to email statements and no longer post an original (which are not recognised by UIF or any other company that requires and original, because it is NOT AN ORIGINAL). So I had to go to the bank and ask them for the 1st page (just to have my details on it). R31.50 REALLY!!!! I AM OUTRAGED. I would kindly like this amount reversed. Regards Susan
