Charges not refunded by Standard Bank!!
Forex Dept of Standard Bank receives BOE documents but does or does not finalise the matter on their side. They then charge R60.00 (twice this has happened in the last month) for a \reminder"to present the BOE documents. I send them again (both of them) and mention they have already received it. NO feedback"
