Charges and changing acounts types without any notification

<p>So today i recieve an sms stating i owe standard bank bank charges for a cheque account last time i checked i had a student achieve account i cant afford a cheque account which im failing to understand how my account was change to a cheque account, im only recieving an sms to tell me about legal action but they unable to tell me how they change my account without my knowledge and agreement </p>
