I'm very upset client with regards to your service it is total not professional from such well known bank.<br> Firstly I sent any email in January requesting for APO to be loaded I received confirmation that it was done as per email below which was never done.<br> Clearly Keitumetse Selogiloe was talking nonsense telling it's amended even myself I've never provided such pathetic service. <br> <br> And another really upsetting thing that you did was not advising me as your client that you had a system error where did not debit your charges in January ,February and March and you just took money from my credit card without advising me I had use for that money and you suppose to advise me so I can make the arrangement for those charges I'm not disputing to pay charges but it was done wrongly on your part if you have a system error the client has to be advised <br> The service I've received from you is not good for your companies image is very unprofessional.<br> <br> your system error should not be my problem and i was this rectified as this affects my credit scoring since now the owing balance is above my limit due to your the charges i want this sorted.<br> <br> I would like some feedback on this query
