Charged R870 for emailed bank statements

<p>Why have I been charged R870 for emailed bank statements, surely this is part of the fee I pay every month? Worst part I wasn't told at the Sandridge branch when I ordered them and the people who emailed them just decided not to respond when asked why so much, namely Krisaan Pillaya and Tervern Hutchinson</p> <p>Statements ref ********** 482</p> <p>ref ********** 369</p>
