charged R115.00 for R18.00 r/d debit order

I find it shocking - I have had my Standard bank account for over 20 years - I recently lost my permanent job and am currently temping - I get paid every Friday now. I tried to change all my debit orders over to my husband's account until I am earning a monthly salary again, I am battling with the school's debit order still being put through and I can understand that debit order being returned and being charged a r/d fee for that but there was a debit order for R18.00 (EIGHTEEN RAND) that you returned and then charged me a R115 (ONE HUNDRED & FIFTEEN RAND) fee on! That is sheer madness - surely you can see the regular deposits into my account, does customer loyalty mean nothing to you? You can't let the R18.00 slide for 1 business day (my funds from temping will hit my account at midnight tonight). I notice that you managed to make sure your service fee's, overdraft fee's etc all went through while there were funds but you won't let an R18.00 debit order go through - I am speechless! If it wasn't so much hassle I would move everything over to a new bank but I don't have the energy so I suppose I will just let you make R115.00 off me! DISGUSTING!
