Charged for statement pages that i didn't need

On the 13/7/2015 I went to Standard Bank the Glen to request a statement for my business account between 1/2/2014 to 31/1/2015 and I was told the turn around time is 2 days and will be charged R21 per page and I agreed, 7 days later on the 20/7/2015 I received an SMS that my query was resolved and I was billed R600. On the 21/7/2015 I went into the branch to collect the statement and only to find that the statement was not there even though I was charged R600. when i eventually got the statement half of the pages where not usefull and i complained to the manager and she took all the pages that i didn't need and promise to come back to me to tell me if there were going to refund me but she never did
