charged for overdraft facilty and charged double if not used
i have a business bank account with Standard bank and asked for an overdraft facility which cost R73.00 per month, fine no problem . I needed this facility so I have access to funds when I need / if I need. I have not used that facility and standard bank charges me R63 for not using the facility. that right.... you pay for the facility R73 and you get charged R63 if you don't use it. yes you heard me correct.... this is such utter bul****… what a way to ***** over small business clients.
I have to say that in light of this I will certainly be considering closing this account and Moving to a far Superior FNB who have no such bul****. you should review your rates and policies to be competitive. push the customers away why don't you!!!

its jus exactly what I was saying... you guys are simpler better faster for a lot of things but resolving issues with you "valued customers".
