Charged for Garage Card but never used it for 20 years

<p>I sent a query to Standard Bank Card Services on the 06 May querying various fees being debited on my credit card statement - to date I have not received a response. On calling them I was advised that I have been paying a service fee for a garage card which I cut up and handed over when I left the bank way back in 1995. Furthermore when querying the Cash Finance Charge that I was paying every month as I very rarely use this for cash, only use this card for card purchases and was advised that as I had drawn money on the 23/12/2015 I would now be paying the Cash Finance Charge over and above the normal Finance charge every month until I settle my card balance. I am not impressed with this '*****ing' of my hard earned money only because I do not scrutinise my statement every month. Also I would like to be refunded the garage card service fee that I have paid for the more than 20 years. I requested a copy of the terms and conditions from Thembakazi Molo as she mentioned that everything was in the said document. I have scrutinised this and no where does it make reference to the cash Finance charge that I have been paying for. How can I be charged for a Garage Card that I have not used for such a long time? My credit card account has been conducted in an exemplary manner for the past 20 odd years and is this the way I get repaid for my loyalty?</p>
