Changing the goal posts

When I became a member of Standard Bank UCount Rewards, the pamphlet listed nine participating Grocery Retailers where reward points could be earnt. After speaking to a UCount consultant I learn out, of the blue, that of the original nine only Makro remains. Considering that most members probably score most points on grocery transactions the original claims in the pamphlet are untrue. Also only the larger metropoles even have a Makro.
