Changing payment date

We have phoned aswell as send emails to creditcard department asking if thy can change the payment date to the 7th of each month but it is still not done. The reason for the change is that we only get played after month end.please can thy assist by changing the date on the following cards *** EC Steyn *** EC Steyn *** JA Steyn
