Changing my withdrawal limit without my concern

So standard bank u decided to limit my withdrawal from 10000 to 4000 daily I did not agree on that and what on earth is going o with changing my EFT to limit. I'm extremely disgusted by this and I'm applying for a loan at another bank just to pay u ur stupid overdraft then I'm out. This is it u r the worst bank I the world Im moving to a bank that knows that it deals with humans who can have emergencies.I drove to a mall at 05:50 with my little one just to be surprised by ur changes. I hate this bank. Make sure that u reduce my overdraft monthly by R500 ill be out by end of February
