Changing my account

I guess every month we will b fighting abt one thing I should rather change my bank as ot shows m stil confused abt this honoring fee I made a purchase few days back I had funds in my account bt after everything I moved the funds bt am surprised now wen I checked I was in minus dues to the honoring fee bt how come as everything went off I only transferred funds cs I can't withdraw more buy anythin as the transaction dnt go through I need to tap if I dnt it declined
