Changing bank account

I lost my card and paid R131 for a card replacement. I asked to have my account changed back to the savings & your consultant told me that you no longer have savings account & only offer current accounts. I'm a pensioner for crying out loud, these charges are ridiculous & all my money goes to your business. It was you, people that changed my account from savings to current & now that I'm a 70 years old pensioner, why is it so difficult to convert it back? I have been to Claremont three times & I was told that you no longer have savings account option & therefore I cannot change my account. What kind of a bank are you? What businesses are you running when you do not offer your clients options to meet their needs? I have been your client for years & now I'm being ill-treated by you people.

I need this sorted out urgently or I will be escalating to the ombudsman, twitter, facebook & hello peter. I'm infuriated & disgusted with your business, to say the least. I have had enough of this nonsense & want it sorted urgently. I demand a call from management in your complaints department on ********** 325 or you can relay the feedback to my daughter on ********** 826. I need a letter that instructs your branches to change this damn account to savings or I will be changing to Nedbank or Capitec & you will have to deduct my funeral policy premiums from a different bank that I will be banking with.
