Changing Accounts

Good Afternoon<br> <br> I have been told by Std Bank to change my student achiever to a normal account, i went into the Nicolway today and was sent way for incorrect documents. I am still awaiting a municipal bill hence i cant change any proof of address with anyone. I had a title deed and a stamped document stating my new address, this was not accepted, a affidavit would also not be accepted i was told. the only thing i could do was get a letter by a ward councilor, yet how does he know i live there, must he accept documents Std bank wont?<br> <br> they would gladly accept a cellphone bill, yet this was in my old address. I am trying to do things the right way yet with no help at all, if i was using an old address this was all fine by my bank.<br> <br> all i want to do is to change an account my bank wants me and has asked me to change,<br> <br> Moving Backwards.
