Changed my Bank, SB is refusing to let me continue with my 3 year installments- Pay me back R9024

<p>I have recently changed my bank account due to poor service i recieve from standard bank, when i need help they are never there, i have paid my funeral plan since 2013 July, i now changed banks and want to continue with the payments, but they refuse to provide me with an account to pay into.</p> <p> </p> <p>Else give me back my 3 years installmenst which amounts to R9024</p>
