Changed from postal to email 3 months ago

I changed from postal to email 3 months ago or so at Mall of the South. Till today i have not received an email of my statement. Went back to he branch a few weeks back and the lady who helped me said it needed to be linked in two places, it had only been linked in one. She linked the second place, I asked for a print out of the months I hadn't received statements for. <br> I now wait for Standard Bank to email me for the past month.<br> <br> I have been with the bank for 14 years.
