Changed fixed interest rate, now no response
Standard Bank changed my interest rate on my home loan even though it reflects as a fixed rate on their system and my records. The call centre couldn't explain or solve the situation and promised to phone me back yesterday at 15h00. I have not received any response yet. <br> Dismal service.
