Change to Internet Banking

While I understand the necessity for security, the bank should not change the rules without informing their clients and considering the holist impact of the change. We run a very small business account linked to Sage Pastel One, and a 1 time password was only required for any changes made to the electronic banking profile. Now a one time password is required to look at yur balnace. This impacts on Sage as now that facility cannot work anymore. Also as a small enterprises availing of 2 signature to sign a cheque, but 1 signature to draw a statement, the bank has now technically tchanged that. This is an impoossible situation and needs to be resolved as a matter of urgency and thia includes Pastel. to my mind the original system should be the basis on which the electronic facility are designed.
