Change of Surname

I sent countless emails and Faxes and even went to Alberton Branch to change my wife's surname on Home Loan Account but till today it hasn't changed. One of their consultants came back to me and said it has been sorted but it was a fat lie. Yesterday I received my statement and it's still showing the incorrect surname.
