Change of postal address

My parents are in the process of selling their house and would be between houses for a few weeks until their new house is on their name. To ensure they keep on getting their statements they want to change their postal address to the post box they would be using in future. The other banks have no problems making the change, but Standard Bank refused. This means the statements will be delivered to their old house while other people are staying there.
