Change of Personal Details

I got married in March of this year, this means that my personal details changed... We also bought a house in April, which means my addressed changed.... From April this year I have been trying to change my details at Standardbank, it is now October and STILL all my details are not correct!!! I have been into the bank with my original documents.... proof of address, new ID card, Marriage Certificate, my husbands ID card, ALL information that is requested by Standardbank. This I have done about 12 times now. I have send numerous e-mails to numerous accounts on the request of Standardbank to be able to change my details.... After all of this and 6months of trying, how many times must I keep on doing this before my things will be rectified???

This is unacceptable!!! I cannot go into the branch on a weekly basis to rectify the same thing over and over and over!!! Can I start charging Standardbank for my time, sinces this is your error not mine??? I pay for service that I am not receiving!!!

How will this be rectified and by when??? I am tired to speak to 10 different people and everytime they say NOW my details have been changed and then when I get a statement or need to do something I am unable to, because my information is incorrect!!
