Change of contact details

Good Morning , I hope the issue that I am having can be resolved because this is such a small thing to do and I need to report it to get it done What kind of service does Standard Bank offer to their clients ? All I need done was to change my email address from ********** to ********** . I am currently receiving statements at the Nedbank Email address and I do not have time to attend a branch and stand in long queues just to change the email address to receive my statements . This is now pathetic . I mailed the card division department and I called in . Sizwe asked me all the details and than says I cant change it you need to go into a branch I asked him for his email address , he gave me the wrong details , the mail was undelivered as I wanted to show him that I received monthly statements at my Nedbank Email address please can this be sorted out asap Regards , Razia Khan
