Change Of Business Accounts Details

On the 11 February 2016 my wife and i went into Citrusdal Standard Bank to Change our Business Account details. We sat with a lady named Yolanda which is supposed to be the manger for 1and a half hour to fill out and sign documents. Yolanda then said she will send the documents to Juliana in Vredenburg in order to process the entire Change. To date nothing has been done. Our reason for this change is that we need to submit these documents to Register on Tender Data basis in order to Tender. I have lost out on opportunities in this regard. We have a bond account with Standard Bank as well as other accounts which i now plan on movign to the other banks.<br> I will definitely not promote Standard Bank to my friends, Colleagues or business Partners in the Future.
