Change of address too difficult for this bank to do

<p>Quite a few months ago I had a change of postal address. Firstly you are inconvenienced that you need a proof of adress in order to change this at your bank, where am I supposed to get a letter from someone if I just changed my address? I never-the-less, waited till I received a letter from my trustworthy clothing account in order give this as proof of address at Standard Bank. This has been many months later, many visits at their branch in Pinelands, Mutual Park and STILL they are using my old postal address. I thought the solution that will work is if they stopped posting my bank statement, and rather email it to me. Upon receiving my first emailed statement, I see that the OLD postal address still shows.</p> <p>Really?</p> <p>How difficult is it to change a postal address??</p>
