Change my debit order date !!!!!!!!

<p>I have a Credit Card with Standard Bank, since I changed companies, my pay day has changed also so I've requested a debit order change by June already. According to their call centre agent the change was successfully done, until now they keep on debiting my account the day which i used to get payed(20). Ive been visiting their branches and all the time they refer me to call centre agent. Ive called them about 6 times already.</p> <p>Its incovinient to me because right i dont even have transport money because they deducted the funds today instead of the 27th and i dont want to go to my bank because it will affect my credit scoring and my bank will charge me for unpaid fee. Its also waiting my time when i would have been doing something else instead of visiting their branch and not gettin any answer. Please assist me</p>
