CERTIFIED COPIES
I am assisting the executrix of a deceased estate to wind it up. The deceased estates department advised me that they will only accept certified documents that have been confirmed by one of the bank's employees.

The Executrix went into the Killarney Branch to get documents certified and was told that she must go to the \Post Office". Only when she called me extremely distressed from the bank to get help did the staff member do the necessary.

This is unacceptable under the circumstances and I would like to know what will be done about training your staff to internal procedures.

"""
