Cellphone not changed

What should be done for one to change cellphone number at the bank. My mother when to Diepsloot branch twice to change her cellphone number as the old one got lost. And being told they have changed the number but when she uses her app it still send OTPs to the old number. How many times should my mother go to the bank for her to be assisted.
