ceiling repair

Hi
Last year November/December I had electricity problem and called standard bank insurance for help. They sent their people to check what was the problem, then they said there's water leak from the geyser to electric wires which was fixed. In two weeks time the problem got worse and I called them again, they sent their people who told me that my geyser was too old to use and a new geyser was installed but they left some damages on my ceiling which they now refuse to fix. What is the reason of paying monthly insurance contributions when I battle to get the job done. It's good for them to receive your money but difficult to fix their mess. They expect me to pay R500 which I paid when they came for the geyser installation and why must I pay again especially for their damages.

Thanks
