Causes of Standard bank services

I have listened to many of the Group CEO Sim Tshabalala interviews and one can agree that Sim Tshabalala is an intelligent CEO. However,the guy has to go down to the shop floor and finds out what is wrong with that bank. Why is it hated so much ? The reason it is hated so much is simply because of poor services towards Customers. The problem with Standard Bank is that they have installed *********** people in key managerial position,People who lack intelligence to be in such position for example there is a lady by the name of Nomcebo in their ***** department who possess some diploma in marketing from TUT. Marketing and ***** has nothing to do with each other(misallocation of talents),secondly a person with some diploma can't be a manager of such a huge department,the reason they install people who are not educated enough as Managers is because of the disrespect they have towards us as customers. People who naturally have no capacity to protect our money are entrusted with such responsibility. The service is also poor because of misallocation of resources (marketing/*****)and lack of innovation as it can be witnessed in terms of how difficult it is to use their banking apps. The second problem I have witnessed with Standard Bank is that the management structure is set in manner that perpetuates the culture of incompetence ,because people like Nomcebo sees everyone who is highly educated than them as a threat and they find ways to take out such person because of their insecurities. Amongst the 48 laws of power aut****d by Robert Greene the 1st law is so true,I have personally experienced that with Nomcebo. I know that some MK members are disgruntled with the matter of FNB blocking Jacob Zuma accounts and as a result looking for a new banking home,but for me I wouldn't advise anyone to join Standard Bank. I genuinely think the real bank is Capitec. The people who are entrusted with protecting our money especially Nomcebo who is a manager is really not fit to run the department of protecting thw money. She lacks the capacity,the intelligence and the education necessary
