Cashing a check not possible

Bad service! I wanted to cash the check i was told it is not possible and I will have to deposit it into my account and the funds will be available 7 working days. i deposited it on *** at Kolonade Mall branch. on the 6th of March i called their call center to check on the progress, I was told it is possible to ask for a special clearance of the check. I then went to Chilli Lane branch to ask for a special clearance, I talked to the branch manager and she told me it was not possible it would be possible when i first had the check and not after depositing it but at the Kolonade, Wonderpark and Woodlands branches I was told it is not possible to cash the check for immediate funds. Later on the 6th i called the call center and now I was told its not possible i have wait for 7 to 10 working days.
