CASH JAMMED!!! VERY ANGRY

On 3 March 2020 I deposit cash of R2700 at an ATM in Wavecrest, Strandfontein, Cape Town. My cash got jammed and I got a slip to say it got jammed. I went to your branch in Promenade Mall, Mitchell's plain. They gave me a REF NO:***. This is taking way to long and that was half of my rent money. My landlord demanding the money and i am getting irritated for waiting so long. I need this to sorted like today. How can it take 9 days to recover my money that got jammed in your ATM? I need an answer asap on ***.
