Cash Jammed in the ATM

I have deposited the money into the atm on the 04th of August and the money was jammed in the atm .I lodged a call immediately with them and i was given a reference that said it will be resolved by the 12th.On the 12th i am the one who called to find out because they were quite ever since.They said they will look at it.Later i got a call that said its in progress i must be patient.On the 14th i called at 09:40 again and the consultant that i have spoken to said it does not show any progress nor investigation but will try to push for me to get the results.Because of the pressure from me they called at 13:57 and they told me that they have investigated and that the money that they got is not that i was trying to deposit,and actually they are giving me more from the jammed one cause they found another money in the machine which they do not know who it belongs to so they will just give me but mine is not in full,actually they are compensating me by giving someone,s money.
