Cash jammed at ATM DEPOSIT

On Sunday I deposited cash into my account via ATM and the machine reported a cash jam. I went inside the branch to be told that the 2 ladies that were there are not authorized to open the machine and I'd have to wait until Monday for the technician and refund. I've been calling and the phone rings unanswered. When will I get my refund AND WHO ELSE CAN I CONTACT IF I CANT GET HOLD OF THE BRanch. Very disappointed at the lack of urgency when such errors happen. I needed that cash for an emergency and now I'm left stranded.
