Cash Jam at Standard Bank ATMs- Poor service

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>It was on the 29th of January when l passed through a standard bank atm at OR Tambo to deposit money before l take a flight. It so happened that R1800 was jamed into an ATM when l was trying to do a deposit. l reported this case to Standard Bank OR Tambo before leaving South Africa. The lady that served me promised to deposit the money into my account once they investigate the cash jam.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today is the 16th of February, l have not heard anything from Standard Bank. Is this the kind of service to expect from a big bank like standard bank?
