Cash jam at standard bank atm kenilworth centre

Good day I went last week at kenilworth standard bank atm to deposit some cash.Unfortunately for some reason the cash jammed.I called the call center and I spent 20mins on the phone.They told me the issue will be sorted by friday.Up to now there is nothing .I went yesterday inside the branch and they told me a petty issue that it's taking time because I logged the query over the phone.So they had to log the query again and promised me that the following morning the money will be in the account.Up to now I'm still waiting it's over a week now.
